How to Buy a Friend

Synopsis: Park Chan Hong, a regular high school student, faces pressure from his parents about his studies. He lacks a specific dream but is friends with the popular Eom Se Yoon. Classmate Heo Don Hyeok, on the other hand, prioritizes work to support his living expenses instead of studying. Heo Don Hyeok saves Park Chan Hong from a school bully and later asks to borrow 300,000 won ($270 USD) to cover his rent. Park Chan Hong agrees but now lacks the money for his private institute tuition fee. With no place to go after school, he starts spending time with Heo Don Hyeok.
