Synopsis: “After graduating from the Civil Defence Academy, Huo Yan becomes the vice-captain of the Fire Rescue Team. While rescuing a pregnant woman from a delivery car, he meets Yan Lan, a doctor from the Emergency Department. Their initial encounter is riddled with misunderstandings, as Huo Yan is known for his cold and level-headed nature. However, Yan Lan’s sunny disposition becomes the only uncertain element in his life. The two cross paths again during an earthquake relief mission, where they face extreme conditions and witness the fragility of life. As they work together, their relationship grows stronger.

Back in the city, news of a highly infectious virus erupts. Yan Lan and her colleagues join the fight to combat the disease, while Huo Yan and those who received their aid worry about her safety and offer silent support. Meanwhile, Jiang Tong, the deputy instructor of the Fire Rescue Team, falls for her seemingly timid and withdrawn colleague, Wang Dayin. Despite his constant avoidance and family
