Won Mi-ho ( Lee Da-hee ) is the only daughter and heiress of a wealthy family that owns the Daehan Group. She is arrogant, selfish, and this eventually causes her to make a big mistake that angers her father into banishing her to Jeju island. There she starts working as a high school ethics teacher, but soon she finds herself in danger of being kidnapped by a creature that is trying to destroy humans. She meets a mysterous man (Kim Nam Gil) who needs her to end his immortal life as well as an exorcist priest (Cha Eun Woo).
